Artwork Information

Below are Western Shield's general artwork guidelines.  If you have any questions or require more specific information, please feel free to contact us at (866) 975-2235.

*We accept files via email, FTP, and CD.  To submit via email, please compress the files using 'ZIPit' or a similar self-extracting compression application.  If your file is over 10MB, we recommend submitting via FTP or CD.

*Information on submitting artwork via FTP:

-Western Shield's FTP URL is ftp://mail.westernshield.com. If you do not have a preferred FTP client, we recommend Filezilla for Windows users and Fetch for Mac users.  They can be downloaded at the links below.

-Once you're ready to submit via FTP, contact your Sales Representative and they'll supply you with a User ID and Password.

*Western Shield's preferred file type is Adobe Illustrator.  We can also accept files in Adobe PhotoShop and Macromedia Freehand.

*Please include fonts when submitting files.  Mac fonts should include both screen and printer fonts.  Outlining fonts is recommended.
